Narrative:
A lithium ion battery powered wheelchair was loaded without pilot knowledge [notoc] and not disconnected in accordance with the fom guidelines. We flew the chair from ZZZ to ZZZ1 without incident. ZZZ1 ramp informed us of the mistake. ZZZ1 ramp made sure the chair was properly stowed and we continued the trip. I would add that the chair was folded up into a bag that looked exactly like a double stroller; something ZZZ is used to seeing.
