Narrative:
There are too many desks closed to meet the requirement 121.395. My desk has about 17 flights in the air at a time all over the 48 states with mod turb and as many as 28 released. I am concerned with maintaining operational control 121.533 and being able to provide timely safety info to my flights 121.601.
