Narrative:
Filed on the dyamd 4 RNAV arrival into sfo. Tried pulling it up on jepp fdpro and it returned [an error] message. We had 3 ipads in the flight deck and none could access this arrival. We reverted to the paper chart on the airplane and continued the flight without further incident.

Title: A320 Captain reported being unable to view the filed arrival into SFO on the iPads; so reverted to paper charts.
Narrative: Filed on the DYAMD 4 RNAV arrival into SFO. Tried pulling it up on Jepp FDPro and it returned [an error] message. We had 3 iPads in the flight deck and none could access this arrival. We reverted to the paper chart on the airplane and continued the flight without further incident.
