Narrative:
After takeoff an electrical failure was noted. Decided to return to check. Gear did not come down although doors opened. This was not noticed and landing was made west/O gear down. Propeller and skin was damaged but no injury to personnel. Believe concern with electrical failure was distraction.

Narrative: AFTER TKOF AN ELECTRICAL FAILURE WAS NOTED. DECIDED TO RETURN TO CHK. GEAR DID NOT COME DOWN ALTHOUGH DOORS OPENED. THIS WAS NOT NOTICED AND LNDG WAS MADE W/O GEAR DOWN. PROP AND SKIN WAS DAMAGED BUT NO INJURY TO PERSONNEL. BELIEVE CONCERN WITH ELECTRICAL FAILURE WAS DISTR.
