Narrative:
We diverted from lax to ont due to fog at lax. On the ground at ont we were isolated and restr with limited communication with our local ramp personnel. We made contact with our dispatcher and coordinated fuel, fuel burn, flight plan, WX requirements and related information. The subsequent flight from ont to lax was normal and uneventful. Supplemental information from acn 161501: we did not have the proper company paperwork on the aircraft believing all offices were closed and no way to acquire it.
