Narrative:
It is common to be assigned a 240 degree heading by tower when departing runway 22 at evv. This puts an aircraft right in line with the evv antenna farm 4 mi off evv at 235-240 degrees from the airport. Also, there is only 1 tower illustrated on the commercial chart for the ILS to 22. The ILS 4 chart at evv shows a true picture of what a pilot can expect. Suggest: 1) evv needs to stop giving 240 degree departure headings off 22. If you would lose an engine, you could meet up with the towers off the departure end. 2) chart maker revise the ILS 22 plate to show all tower. Callback conversation with commercial chart maker revealed that they have changed their specifications in an effort to eliminate chart clutter. Obstacles are thinned out using a proximity formula that the person answering our call was not able to define. He advised that they would review the area in question and give us the results of their review.

Title: ACR FLT CREW COMPLAINT ABOUT DEP VECTOR FROM RWY 22 AT EVV, AND ALSO COMMERCIAL CHART PRESENTATION OF OBSTRUCTIONS IN THE AREA.
Narrative: IT IS COMMON TO BE ASSIGNED A 240 DEG HDG BY TWR WHEN DEPARTING RWY 22 AT EVV. THIS PUTS AN ACFT RIGHT IN LINE WITH THE EVV ANTENNA FARM 4 MI OFF EVV AT 235-240 DEGS FROM THE ARPT. ALSO, THERE IS ONLY 1 TWR ILLUSTRATED ON THE COMMERCIAL CHART FOR THE ILS TO 22. THE ILS 4 CHART AT EVV SHOWS A TRUE PICTURE OF WHAT A PLT CAN EXPECT. SUGGEST: 1) EVV NEEDS TO STOP GIVING 240 DEG DEP HDGS OFF 22. IF YOU WOULD LOSE AN ENG, YOU COULD MEET UP WITH THE TWRS OFF THE DEP END. 2) CHART MAKER REVISE THE ILS 22 PLATE TO SHOW ALL TWR. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH COMMERCIAL CHART MAKER REVEALED THAT THEY HAVE CHANGED THEIR SPECS IN AN EFFORT TO ELIMINATE CHART CLUTTER. OBSTACLES ARE THINNED OUT USING A PROX FORMULA THAT THE PERSON ANSWERING OUR CALL WAS NOT ABLE TO DEFINE. HE ADVISED THAT THEY WOULD REVIEW THE AREA IN QUESTION AND GIVE US THE RESULTS OF THEIR REVIEW.
