Narrative:
Taxiway F in sfo to runways 28L and 28R; particularly where F crosses runways 1L and 1R; has undesirable dips and uneven pavement. Pilots unfamiliar with sfo and taxiing within acceptable taxi speeds might endure such abrupt vertical drops and rises that standing flight attendants suffer injury. This pavement is a hazard. It either needs to be fixed; notated on the airport information pages; or identified by taxiway signage noting significant dips ahead.
