Narrative:

The aircraft dg [dangerous goods] manifest was signed and one copy was given to the dg agent and one copy was retained by the crew. The uld [unit load device] dg manifest; however; was not left on the aircraft and the flight operated without the uld dg manifest in the proper location. The uld dg manifest was faxed to the downline station and put on the aircraft. No further event. Cause: multiple flight cancellation and delays at the originating station caused an increase in workload and this human error occurred.
