Narrative:
We were just inside the outer marker for runway 34R at approximately 5700 ft on final. A drone was spotted by both myself and my first officer approximately 100 ft or less passing off our right side. The drone was traveling south. It was just off our right wing. It was a good sized drone with red and green navigation lights. Someone was flying drones in an unauthorized area. Suggest better ways to track drone operators.
