Technically the small transport might have been airborne by the time I xed the hold line, and so it might not be considered an incursion, but safety wise, I definitely like to be more conservative than that.

Title: REPORTER INSTRUCTOR, FLYING AS FO FAILED TO OBSERVE AN SMT ACFT AT FAR END OF RWY IN TKOF PROCESS. SMT FLEW OVER AT 500' AGL AND OFF CENTERLINE OF RWY AS REPORTER'S ACFT WAS TAXIING PASSED HOLD LINE PROCEEDING TO RWY FOR TKOF.
Narrative: TECHNICALLY THE SMT MIGHT HAVE BEEN AIRBORNE BY THE TIME I XED THE HOLD LINE, AND SO IT MIGHT NOT BE CONSIDERED AN INCURSION, BUT SAFETY WISE, I DEFINITELY LIKE TO BE MORE CONSERVATIVE THAN THAT.
