Ramp control instructed flight deck to push off of gate xxa tail to gate xx. Pushback driver pushed tail in the opposite direction tail to gate xy; encroaching in the path of an inbound [company] B737-800 to gate xz. Ramp control instructed aircraft to pull back into gate xxa. Push clearance was given again; tail to gate xx. Pushback driver pushed aircraft on the center heavy line resulting in a near miss with an inbound E170 taxiing on the inner line. Please note this is the second consecutive non compliant pushback from this gate today.

Narrative: Ramp Control instructed Flight Deck to push off of Gate XXA tail to Gate XX. Pushback driver pushed tail in the opposite direction tail to Gate XY; encroaching in the path of an inbound [company] B737-800 to Gate XZ. Ramp Control instructed aircraft to pull back into Gate XXA. Push clearance was given again; tail to Gate XX. Pushback driver pushed aircraft on the center Heavy Line resulting in a near miss with an inbound E170 taxiing on the inner line.
