Narrative:
Climbing out of 10000' flight accelerated from 250 KIAS to 280 KIAS normal operations! Handed off to center at 13000' and center asked our speed! We told him that we were at normal climb speed of 280 KTS, and he asked why we were not at required speed of 250 KTS. We questioned as to where was the restriction issued! Center advised that there was a new restriction added to the SID. Checking our paperwork, sure enough, we had missed the new change.
