Narrative:

We were flying a light transport at FL410. The captain noticed the cabin altitude increasing. We asked ZMA if we could have lower (to FL390). While descending to FL390 the cabin pressure increased to 10000'. The captain asked me to call ZMA and tell them we were making an emergency descent. They cleared us to 13000' and asked where we wanted to go. I replied tpa. We were switched to tpa approach. They asked if we needed emergency equipment. I replied no, and stated 3 times we were not declaring an emergency. They vectored us to runway 36L. We landed west/O incident.
