Narrative:
While being vectored for the visual approach to runway xx; I intercepted the localizer and glide slope for the ILS xx and was cleared for the visual approach. About halfway down the approach; the tower called and said that they had received a low altitude warning. I stopped the descent and then started down the approach again.
