Hts huntington; wv runway 30 PAPI (precision approach path indicator) is providing wrong glide path indication. The second light from the runway is out of adjustment and indicating (from left to right while on the approach to runway 30) white white red white or the other way around. It was probably struck by tractor during the most recent mowing.

Narrative: HTS Huntington; WV Runway 30 PAPI (Precision Approach Path Indicator) is providing wrong glide path indication.
