Narrative:
We received a briefing that you can no longer load dry ice in the forward cargo area on airbuses. When I saw the [load plan] for [flight XXX] I saw that a dry ice quick pack was loaded in the forward cargo pit. It could not be loaded in the rear because this flight also had a live animal in the rear pit 6. This quick pack should have been left off this flight.
