While approaching the draak waypoint heading westbound ATC called small aircraft traffic level at 2;500 MSL; 12 O'clock; opposite direction. The crew was unable to visually acquire the small aircraft and as it passed under the aircraft a TCAS RA was received. The PF (pilot flying) executed the avoidance maneuver by climbing to 3;500 MSL.
