Narrative:
Aircraft failed to depressurize after landing upon switching from flight to ground. Had to use manual dc to equalize cabin to airport elevation as aircraft was still pressurized to 4 psi differential. Tried to be smooth depressurizing but may have caused some ear discomfort. Maintenance found AC electrical contacts to outflow valve were malfunctioning.
