Narrative:
After landing; I was taxiing to parking. The left hand brake line failed at the caliper. A direct tailwind caught right side of rudder and aircraft departed taxiway to the right. The right wing; about 1 foot inboard of tip hit pedestrian in the backside knocking him down. The force of the impact caused the aircraft to pivot sharply. The vertical tail surface struck [an aircraft] putting an approximate 2 inch dent around mid-span at leading edge. The nose of the RV4 came to rest under wing of [a second aircraft] without contacting it. Had I not shut off the RV4 engine; the prop would have struck the [second aircraft's] wing.
