Aircraft X operated by company a flew conflicting jump runs at zph. This created a safety problem and coordination problem with the 3 company B aircraft. Possible violations of far 105 (105.13, 105.14, 105.15, 105.17, 105.29, 105.33, 105.35, 105.43). Safety violation: aircraft X dropped while on ZJX frequency at an altitude of 13500' AGL. Company B aircraft worked tra approach and dropped at 12500' AGL. The jump aircraft were on different frequencys and altitudes and dropping through the same column of air.

Title: PARACHUTE OPERATOR COMPLAINS ABOUT ARPT APPROVING ANOTHER PARACHUTE COMPANY TO OPERATE AT SAME ARPT. CITES AN INCIDENT WHERE BOTH COMPANIES WERE OVER ARPT AND JUMPED AT THE SAME TIME WITH NO PRIOR COORD.
