Narrative:

The ramp markings in ewr are insufficient. The centerline striping for the 'inbound and outbound' lanes has been worn away to the point where it is unusable at night especially when wet. The max wingspan is listed on the 10-9 page as 118 feet and the aircraft is 117 feet. That's not much tolerance for poorly marked taxiways. Additionally; the reflective taxiway marking posts are not easily visible at night. The strong glare from the terminal is ambient light in the wrong direction to see the tight taxiway limits on romeo alpha and romeo bravo. New; brighter material or real lights are desperately needed.
