On landing roll out; aircraft veered left; pilot applied proper recovery technique; aircraft continued to roll off left side of runway. Prior to actually going off the side; pilot applied full right brake blowing the tire. Aircraft returned to runway. No ground loop; no damage to airframe or pilots.
