Narrative:
Copilot takeoff. Captain called out V1-vr and in the process of rotation the tailskid contacted the runway. We were not sure, but the F/a in the rear of the aircraft called and said she had heard a slapping sound on takeoff. We dumped fuel in coordination with approach down to maximum landing weight. Landed and found no damage to tailskid or aircraft. Refueled and flew to destination.
