Narrative:
I was not aware the part shipped to ZZZ was hazardous; due to the outside packaging not being labeled hazmat and the bin location was not marked hazmat. As of this date we continue to work with less manpower; poor training and a lack of communication; so therefore; mistakes can and will happen.
