Leveling 10;000 feet on departure; aircraft from behind/below climbed to less than 500 feet of our aircraft and caused climbing RA. We executed climbing RA and advised ATC. ATC gave us climb to 17;000 feet and told falcon jet to level at 10;000 feet.
