Narrative:

Pages 10-2 through 10-2 C for toronto/pearson international airport are very poorly designed. The crossing restrictions seem to point at radial/DME arc's instead of given points. Example approach control expects ricki at a given altitude and speed but the arrow seems to point at a radial (unlabeled)/26 DME arc. It is a violation waiting to happen. This needs redesigning.
