Narrative:
Trying to photograph skydivers by request and could not get the plane to slow to the speed of the jump plane without an extreme aoa. The problem was the extreme aoa was starving fuel when the tanks were below 50%. On one occasion the engine failed and I had to dive to regain power and then climb into almost a loop to then slow the plane and to regain altitude. The plane can handle the G loads as it was designed to do so; however; this portion of the flight was over the small urban area east of the field.
