Narrative:
Our lightweight [aircraft X] was stuck on taxiway B5 short of 20R. When cleared for takeoff; thrust was applied to taxi into position and depart. The aircraft did not move. Several additional attempts were accomplished with sufficient power to move the aircraft. During the last attempt to taxi; the rippled pavement caused vibrations in the aircraft and lent us to believe we were dragging a tire. Airport operations were notified. Local maintenance inspected the aircraft; and airport operations inspected the taxiway and marked all of the divots. Local officials notified us that other aircraft had experienced the same problem on that taxiway. Eventually we were pushed back out of the divot and taxied effortlessly back to the terminal to resume our flight to ZZZ.
