Narrative:

An small aircraft flown by mr. Xx taxied 2-3' from the aircraft I was flying and repeatedly tried to force us from taxiing to the ramp. He was upset I landed beyond him. He was stopped motionless for 2-3 mins after an erratic landing and I thought his aircraft may have damage. I went to the right and 1000' beyond to land on a 5200' runway, exited promptly and was actually chased by mr. Xx. There was no way to reason with him and this was also reported to the local FAA in rochester, ny. It was a very dangerous situation and could have caused damage and injury. Mr. Xx also had a student at the time. He told us it was his runway for 3 1/2 days if he wanted it, and had not worry about his certificate because he flies with the FAA all the time. A very arrogant attitude for a pilot and instrument and a big element of danger to others.
