Narrative:
Descending from altitude over hobbs, NM, an approach was made for landing at lovington. Heading approximately 300 degrees to enter the traffic pattern on a left base for runway 21. Approach flaps 15 degrees on extended base. Prelndg checklist run. 25 degree flaps on base. Calls made on 122.8. Full flaps after turning final. Power reduced from approximately 450 ft/# of torque. Power to idle starting round-out and flare. Landed gear up. Condition levers to cutoff and master switch off. Came to a stop in mowed grass on right side of runway. No injuries, no fire. Neither the flap warning system nor the throttle activated warning worked. Somehow--and I believe that a complete failure of the autoplt system (and having to hand-fly a high performance turboprop above FL240) and persistent (but manageable) trouble with the beta/reverse feature of 1 engine combined to present a subtle distraction at the end of 4 legs--I failed to extend the gear before T/D, even missing that item on the checklist.

Narrative: DSNDING FROM ALT OVER HOBBS, NM, AN APCH WAS MADE FOR LNDG AT LOVINGTON. HDG APPROX 300 DEGS TO ENTER THE TFC PATTERN ON A LEFT BASE FOR RWY 21. APCH FLAPS 15 DEGS ON EXTENDED BASE. PRELNDG CHKLIST RUN. 25 DEG FLAPS ON BASE. CALLS MADE ON 122.8. FULL FLAPS AFTER TURNING FINAL. PWR REDUCED FROM APPROX 450 FT/# OF TORQUE. PWR TO IDLE STARTING ROUND-OUT AND FLARE. LANDED GEAR UP.
