Narrative:

Within the last 2 yrs, the main terminal ramp has been reconstructed eliminating some grass area's that used to exist between the terminal ramp and the parallel taxiway. Since the construction has been completed the airport diagram located in the FLIP charts has never been updated which has caused numerous (2-3 in one evening) near runway incursions. Some aircraft have actually entered the runway but by some stroke of luck no conflict to date. We have been told, the change is being made in the 2/91 revisions of the charts but one more day is too long. There is nothing that denotes the end of the ramp and the taxiway. No in ground lighting, no painted markings just a sign on the far side of taxiway C along with blue lights.
