Narrative:
Upon arrival; I opened the aft cargo door and put on the belt loader; but I noticed that there was a quickpak in pit 5; which was supposed to be empty; according to the [load report]. The quickpak in pit 5 contains dry ice and was not surrounded by 15 bags; but [was] rather by itself in the pit. I immediately notified my lead and she immediately notified the on duty ramp supervisor.
