Narrative:
Flight from cle-tol landed at tol airport west/O incident over one hour delay out of cle for deicing. Previous buf flight cancelled due to ever mounting WX delays and WX on same aircraft. After landing on runway 25 4500' from approach end of runway 25, I exited the runway on reverse highspd and proceeded to taxiway a. As the 180 degree turn was commenced aircraft began sliding action. Aircraft was towed to center of taxiway with airport equipment as precaution dictates, aircraft did not leave the taxiway. Taxied to the gate west/O incident under own power. Braking action on runway 25 reported as fair. Ramps and txwys reported as fair to poor. On visibility inspection by this captain of taxiway alpha 1-3' of snow covered the taxiway and highspd. Beneath snow was glare ice. Probably avoidance of this irregularity would have been a slower turnoff under the conditions. Supplemental information from acn 166536. No emergency was declared nor did on evacuation occur. The passenger were bussed to the terminal by the port authority.

Title: TURN OFF REVERSE HI-SPEED SLID TO EDGE OF TXWY.
Narrative: FLT FROM CLE-TOL LANDED AT TOL ARPT W/O INCIDENT OVER ONE HR DELAY OUT OF CLE FOR DEICING. PREVIOUS BUF FLT CANCELLED DUE TO EVER MOUNTING WX DELAYS AND WX ON SAME ACFT. AFTER LNDG ON RWY 25 4500' FROM APCH END OF RWY 25, I EXITED THE RWY ON REVERSE HIGHSPD AND PROCEEDED TO TXWY A. AS THE 180 DEG TURN WAS COMMENCED ACFT BEGAN SLIDING ACTION. ACFT WAS TOWED TO CTR OF TXWY WITH ARPT EQUIP AS PRECAUTION DICTATES, ACFT DID NOT LEAVE THE TXWY. TAXIED TO THE GATE W/O INCIDENT UNDER OWN PWR. BRAKING ACTION ON RWY 25 RPTED AS FAIR. RAMPS AND TXWYS RPTED AS FAIR TO POOR. ON VIS INSPECTION BY THIS CAPT OF TXWY ALPHA 1-3' OF SNOW COVERED THE TXWY AND HIGHSPD. BENEATH SNOW WAS GLARE ICE. PROBABLY AVOIDANCE OF THIS IRREGULARITY WOULD HAVE BEEN A SLOWER TURNOFF UNDER THE CONDITIONS. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 166536. NO EMER WAS DECLARED NOR DID ON EVACUATION OCCUR. THE PAX WERE BUSSED TO THE TERMINAL BY THE PORT AUTHORITY.
