Narrative:
Upon landing on runway 10R at bwi, immediately after the nose wheel contacted the ground and the thrust levers were brought into reverse, both engines abruptly flamed out. Maintaining directional control and stopping was not a problem though the medium large transport that landed in front of us reported braking poor. We were able to restart one engine and taxi to the gate. We had been using all engine and wing ice protection during our approach and landing. The ATIS had been reporting 1' of loose snow on runway 10R, and since braking had been reported as poor I chose to land with 50 degree flaps. This aircraft was equipped with nose wheel chine tires. Our suspicion is there may have been more runway contaminant than was being reported. Bwi had most recently been reporting rain, light freezing rain, ice pellets, and snow, possibly a closer watch on actual runway conditions could have prevented this incident. I personally don't know of anything we could have done differently to have prevented this incident from happening. The engines were inspected by maintenance but nothing abnormal was found.

Title: MLG LANDED AND BOTH ENGINES FLAMED OUT. ACFT SUCCESSFULLY BROUGHT TO A STOP. APU STARTED, PROVIDING POWER TO RESTART ENGINES AND TAXI TO TERMINAL.
Narrative: UPON LNDG ON RWY 10R AT BWI, IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE NOSE WHEEL CONTACTED THE GND AND THE THRUST LEVERS WERE BROUGHT INTO REVERSE, BOTH ENGS ABRUPTLY FLAMED OUT. WE HAD BEEN USING ALL ENG AND WING ICE PROTECTION DURING OUR APCH AND LNDG. THE ATIS HAD BEEN RPTING 1' OF LOOSE SNOW ON RWY 10R, AND SINCE BRAKING HAD BEEN RPTED AS POOR I CHOSE TO LAND WITH 50 DEG FLAPS. THIS ACFT WAS EQUIPPED WITH NOSE WHEEL CHINE TIRES.
