Narrative:
As we got to 10;000 [feet] we started our water walk. I went to row 6; C flight attendant (flight attendant) went to the exit rows. I had only done a few rows and C flight attendant came and got me; she smelled something weird at mid cabin. The passengers all smelled it as well; the passenger in xxd said it was oil.it was a really strong oil smell. I went back to call the pilots; the smell went back about 10 rows. The captain said he had just turn off something and the smell should go away. We waited and it did go away.we started the service. It was really warm in the cabin I was sweating. I felt kinda foggy and it was taking me forever to do that cart and I'm usually fast and organized; but I thought I was just tired.D flight attendant and I went out to pick up trash in the cabin. About row yyd flight attendant stopped and said 'do you feel that'; I thought it was just me but it felt like the plane was swaying back and forth. We were bumping into the armrests and passengers. When we got to the back C flight attendant asked us if we felt ok and we said no.I felt sick; dizzy and nauseous. A flight attendant came to the back and asked us how we felt; we told her. A flight attendant felt the same. We finished the service when D flight attendant was coming to the back after picking up trash she fell into the bathroom door. We were all bouncing around that plane; it was not turbulent! A flight attendant was in contact with the pilots. When we landed the captain came back and asked us to come up to the front and debrief. Ops called the captain and he took that call. Two agents came aboard and told us to get off the plane. They said they would probably have to cancel the flight; so rude. We told them the captain asked us to stay and debrief. We were so messed up by then we just wanted fresh air and lie down. We then got off the plane with the very nice medics and then spent many hours at the hospital because nobody knew what to do with us. Between 4 of us we kinda figured part of it out. Inflight supervisors called and sent us the procedures. Unfortunately; we had poor cell service in the hospital. There should have been someone to go with us or meet us there to talk to the doctors and help us. We didn't know what was expected of us after we left. I called crew scheduling they said to go the hotel. Which one!!! We [got a ride]; got to the hotel no reservation! One hour later we got rooms.what a mess. We were told by crew scheduling we were in the early morning flight to ZZZ. 3 of our names were on the deadhead list but no seat assignments. A flight attendant was not on the list.sure enough a flight attendant called and none of has a seat and the flight is oversold. Agents wanted to put us on the next flight!!! Again; this is unacceptable that we have been treated like this. A flight attendant made some calls and they gave us seats. [When] we landed in ZZZ; a supervisor met us and gave us workers' comp packages. The supervisor gave me a follow up call later that day. I feel when the crew is out sick online or going to the hospital there should be a representative from the company that goes with us. We were so messed up we couldn't get anything right. We were all on our phones trying to figure out the protocol and what we needed to be tested for and how. The doctor was just as bewildered.when we went down stairs to take our flight back to ZZZ we found out crew scheduling didn't even tell our pilots. Needless to say they were so mad and it sure would have been nice to have one of them help us out and take care of us. Again; this is unacceptable; we are left on our own once that plane lands. We should be able to call crew scheduling or a supervisor and get some help and assistance.
