Narrative:

I was working south radar control when I noticed VFR targets with mode C at 1000'. Proceeding southbound along the maine coast approximately 8 northeast of pwm jetport. Nhz gave us a call and said to watch out for the VFR's. I continued to watch. The aircraft accelerated and descended on a direct path to P67. They were now 5 east of pwm at 600', swbnd. As they descended they turned slightly toward P67. They passed 1/2 mi from the center of P67, descending to 400' and starting a right turn passing overhead and to the west. I called psm and asked for a heads-up on suspective aircraft. The 2 military fgt called psm for VOR advisories. Psm called me back and verified type aircraft and home base westfield ANG, mass. Deviation was filed. I feel we should have an alert phone directly to secret service located at P67 to let them know of any suspect aircraft in vicinity close to the prohibited area. I personally feel we have a very lax situation at P67. The first lady was in residence at the time and this made me very nervous that we had no control over the situation. At least this solution would give the secret service a heads-up on all inbnds. I feel it would be a big embarrassment to the FAA if something happens.

I CALLED PSM AND ASKED FOR A HEADS-UP ON SUSPECTIVE ACFT. THE 2 MIL FGT CALLED PSM FOR VOR ADVISORIES. PSM CALLED ME BACK AND VERIFIED TYPE ACFT AND HOME BASE WESTFIELD ANG, MASS. DEVIATION WAS FILED. I FEEL WE SHOULD HAVE AN ALERT PHONE DIRECTLY TO SECRET SVC LOCATED AT P67 TO LET THEM KNOW OF ANY SUSPECT ACFT IN VICINITY CLOSE TO THE PROHIBITED AREA. I PERSONALLY FEEL WE HAVE A VERY LAX SITUATION AT P67. THE FIRST LADY WAS IN RESIDENCE AT THE TIME AND THIS MADE ME VERY NERVOUS THAT WE HAD NO CTL OVER THE SITUATION. AT LEAST THIS SOLUTION WOULD GIVE THE SECRET SVC A HEADS-UP ON ALL INBNDS. I FEEL IT WOULD BE A BIG EMBARRASSMENT TO THE FAA IF SOMETHING HAPPENS.
