Narrative:
Notification received 2 days after event. [Load control] received a [cargo order] for flight XXXX. [Cargo order] stated '2 [priority] shipments showed held off but the 2 were actually loaded on flight by the ramp.' dstg (departure staging guide) remarks for pit 4 reflected [priority package] however only 5 bags were contained in the weight field. Dg (dangerous goods) was held off although it was scanned off by ord from pit 4. This created a weight error as well as undocumented and unsecured dg issue. On the upside; the dg was rds and H7E.
