Narrative:
Flying on BR66V, cleared to PADU5. We (first officer and I) failed to remain on arwy because it appeared that the intersection where we thought we were supposed to turn was at 68 NM on the fll 088 degree right. The depiction of the mileage of this intersection appears to indicate 68 NM. In fact, the mileage is 28 north, which is the segment length. The 68 NM we read was the segment length of AR11, which was placed (that is the # '68') next to the arrow on BR66V, as if 68 was the mileage to janus. (See enclosed copy.) I think chart should be revised; figure of '68' should be placed somewhere else.
