Narrative:
Upon landing and deplaning in ZZZ; a ramp worker informed me that none of the lateral locks (on the sides of the cans) were in place in the forward lower cargo compartment. I climbed the loader to view myself and confirmed this to be the case. The same ramp worker stated this was the third time the same thing had happened recently on the afternoon flight to ZZZ1. This creates an obvious hazard. We noticed no noise or unusual handling characteristics in flight.
