Made an unscheduled landing at ZZZ was I was having an issue with transponder as well as was noticing uncommanded yaw; strange vibration and surging manifold pressure. I decided to go ahead and land at nearest airport; which was ZZZ. Asked for direct approach to [FBO] and landed without issue.
