Narrative:
On landing lost control due to tail wheel steering ineffective causing aircraft to veer left then right causing application of brakes to assist steering resulting in nose over with prop strike. Aircraft sustained damage to prop and lower cowling. There were no injuries or property damage. Owner/passenger in rear seat. No other aircraft or persons in area.
