Narrative:
Flight holding over bos with 14500# fuel on board. Diverted to pud on his own. Pud WX was below alternate minimums, closed, and field conditions were not updated. The listed alternates on the release were buf and pwm. Captain acknowledged my SELCAL, but would not call me on the radio.

Narrative: FLT HOLDING OVER BOS WITH 14500# FUEL ON BOARD. DIVERTED TO PUD ON HIS OWN. PUD WX WAS BELOW ALTERNATE MINIMUMS, CLOSED, AND FIELD CONDITIONS WERE NOT UPDATED. THE LISTED ALTERNATES ON THE RELEASE WERE BUF AND PWM. CAPT ACKNOWLEDGED MY SELCAL, BUT WOULD NOT CALL ME ON THE RADIO.
