Narrative:
I was given taxi instructions, 'right inner charlie, hold short 27,' and I taxied right outer, etc, etc. Ground said nothing and no conflict ensued. I'm not filing this to waste time; however, I am filing this to register an on-going dissatisfaction with the bos facility. My taxi error occurred because of snow banks obscuring txwys and signs which were, themselves, virtually impassable. The facility had, at this time, 2 full days to recover from a snow storm. Additionally, at a peak traffic time, the airport closed all but 1 runway for landing and, at the same time placed a trnee in the controller position. Delays and confusion were beyond belief. A combination of FAA mismgmnt and massport inefficiency make bos the most inefficient and dangerous airport I have to fly into and out of. I file these reports to protect myself, of course. But I also feel that certain data should be placed into your consideration so that other pilots may benefit. The receipt from this letter will protect me from certificate action if ground wants to violate me. But frankly, I wish someone would violate that entire installation (bos). It is really bad.

Title: COMMUTER LTT USED THE WRONG TXWY LEAVING BOS.
Narrative: I WAS GIVEN TAXI INSTRUCTIONS, 'RIGHT INNER CHARLIE, HOLD SHORT 27,' AND I TAXIED RIGHT OUTER, ETC, ETC. GND SAID NOTHING AND NO CONFLICT ENSUED. I'M NOT FILING THIS TO WASTE TIME; HOWEVER, I AM FILING THIS TO REGISTER AN ON-GOING DISSATISFACTION WITH THE BOS FAC. MY TAXI ERROR OCCURRED BECAUSE OF SNOW BANKS OBSCURING TXWYS AND SIGNS WHICH WERE, THEMSELVES, VIRTUALLY IMPASSABLE. THE FAC HAD, AT THIS TIME, 2 FULL DAYS TO RECOVER FROM A SNOW STORM. ADDITIONALLY, AT A PEAK TFC TIME, THE ARPT CLOSED ALL BUT 1 RWY FOR LNDG AND, AT THE SAME TIME PLACED A TRNEE IN THE CTLR POS. DELAYS AND CONFUSION WERE BEYOND BELIEF. A COMBINATION OF FAA MISMGMNT AND MASSPORT INEFFICIENCY MAKE BOS THE MOST INEFFICIENT AND DANGEROUS ARPT I HAVE TO FLY INTO AND OUT OF. I FILE THESE RPTS TO PROTECT MYSELF, OF COURSE. BUT I ALSO FEEL THAT CERTAIN DATA SHOULD BE PLACED INTO YOUR CONSIDERATION SO THAT OTHER PLTS MAY BENEFIT. THE RECEIPT FROM THIS LETTER WILL PROTECT ME FROM CERTIFICATE ACTION IF GND WANTS TO VIOLATE ME. BUT FRANKLY, I WISH SOMEONE WOULD VIOLATE THAT ENTIRE INSTALLATION (BOS). IT IS REALLY BAD.
