Narrative:
When first officer checked haz can found puddles of oil all over the floor; covering almost all of the floor and under hazmat boxes. Notified ramp to remove the can. Called duty officer and dispatcher to loop them in. Can was removed. Ramp was aware of can issue when it was loaded; don't understand why it was used.

Title: A300 Captain reported Hazmat container leaked Class 3 flammable liquid on aircraft deck. Defective container removed.
