Narrative:
We were slow to roll with traffic landing on an intersecting runway. On takeoff roll; the red lights came on. We verified takeoff clearance and were told it was caused by the landing traffic. We just saw the last lights of the automated system and honestly I believe it was safer to continue than to abort the takeoff at that point. At the time; I really couldn't remember if it was okay to go but no one said no. I'm still doubting myself and actions as I'm writing this report.
