Narrative:
I was in jumpseat #2 on aircraft X departing 22R at ewr. We were cleared for takeoff and just prior to reaching 80 kts.; aircraft Y crossed the far end of the runway. The captain and first officer did a great job rejecting the takeoff and we stopped with plenty of time and distance to avoid a collision.
