Narrative:
On 1/91, I found out by checking with the training department that my training records were not current. I therefore was not current to dispatch and had not been current since 6/90. I then told my manager that I was not current and he said he was working on it. After finding this out I did not sign my name to any more releases. However, I continued to work by signing other dispatchers name. By talking to records department I found out that my manager knew about this for a while and he had not told me. The only training requirements I needed was 6 hours of reccurent. This training was not given to me until 1/91. I continued to dispatch from 1/91 to 1/91 by using other dispatchers names. I am not the only dispatcher that this has happened to. Several of the dispatchers have had our records lost and no one had told us at all.
