Title: Airline ramp personnel reported an increase in the number of batteries arriving in mail cargo instead of shipped as Hazmat with proper documentation.
Narrative: ZZZ has been getting batteries in the mail on our flights from ZZZ1. This is the most recent flight and I notified the supervisors and took some pictures.
