Narrative:
We were cleared for takeoff on runway 6. After the throttles were pushed up and thrust set; we heard tower tell a twin engine cessna about halfway down the runway 'stop; stop.' tower canceled our takeoff clearance due to the cessna crossing the runway hold short line. We executed a rejected takeoff (rejected takeoff) around 40 kts. And brought the aircraft to a stop on the runway. After checking brake temperatures; we taxied clear of the runway; contacted mx (maintenance) due to the rejected takeoff; reran checklists and takeoff data; and took off without further incident.ATC (air traffic control) noticed and also crew seeing the aircraft farther down the runway. Aircraft crossed the hold short line farther down the runway during our takeoff. Rejected takeoff. Taxied off; contacted mx; reran checklists and takeoff data; took off without further incident.
