Narrative:
Mechanic drained hydraulic fluid in the air with belt conveyor down. He could not raise the belt to put hydraulic fluid in system so he lowered the rack with a tall stand under the front drum of the belt conveyor. He did not use the factory supports used and when he was filling the hydraulic fluid the tall stand rolled off the drum and the conveyor fell just missing crushing his arm.
